• Production of M&E designs to the equivalent of Stage 4.
• Full mechanical design: LTHW; gas fired heating; water services; drainage; ventilation.
• Full electrical design: LV distribution; small power; lighting; fire alarm.
• To ensure accuracy a full thermal model was produced.
• Coordination was achieved using Revit with integration of drama AV installation.
