Lawrence Technical Services are currently working on the M&E 3D BIM co-ordination for the shell & core of a large mixed use development in Dublin. The project consists of a full refurbishment of an existing listed structure with a new adjoining extension doubling the building area. With the M&E valued at +7million the number of systems & services are extensive. The model is approximately 95% complete as we enter the on-site construction phase of works.
